Visitors: There were over 88 visitors at the South Lookout today, including some very adorable pups. It was such a joy to be back at Bake Oven after a year away and to share such a beautiful day with so many others.
This morning we were treated to numerous Broadwings lifting off from the bowl just below the lookout. Truly a spectacular sight!
Non-raptor Observations: Blue Jay, American Crow, Tree Swallow, Hairy Woodpecker, Pileated Woodpecker, Common Raven, Northern Flicker, Chimney Swift.
