Weather: Light (2-1) N wind turning to light(2) SE at 11 AM; Temperature -- 12-17° C; Cloud cover -- Totally clear sky at the beginning of the watch. Thin clouds began forming on the Western horizon, and at 9:15 patchy cumulus clouds started forming in the Northeast.
