This morning, we’ve had wave after wave of small flocks of a variety of warblers moving through our yard. They feed in a frenzy for a short time in our river birch tree and then move on.
Unfortunately it’s been raining, making photos difficult. I’ll review and post them later tonight. The rain is supposed to end in an hour or so - hopefully they’ll continue to move through.
Birdcast reported 2.2M birds flew over Adair County last night.
I’m just giving those of you south of us a heads up. You might want to check out your favorite sites.
