Observers: Weather: Moderate (2) NW winds throughout watch with somewhat stronger gusts (3); Temperature went from 16-23° C; At beginning of watch sky was totally clear. Than at 8:45 cumulus clouds started forming on the N-NW horizon. By 9:30 there were patchy cumulus clouds over much of the sky and they raced across the sky, being continually replaced until 2:15 when there was clear sky from the NW to the NE. Raptor Observations: Small movement of raptors, at first flying very low (1), but then very high (4) Non-migrating -- 2 TV, 1 OS, 1 adult BE, 1 CH, 1 RT, and 2 PF
