Heading down I88 this morning on way to NYSOA conference in Ithaca. There is a steady stream of migrating raptors on both sides of the valley moving down the highway from Richmondville to Oneonta. Have seen 100s of TVs a dozen or so BVs, a dozen Redtails, and 4 Kettles of 20+ likrly Bws.
