Subject: Wood Storks at Hurricane Lake WMA (White County)
I know a lot of Central Arkansas folks have been looking for Wood Storks (and Roseate Spoonbills) around the Bald Knob area recently. I saw a post from Brian Shaw in Arkansas Birders that he found and photographed multiple individuals at Henry Gray Hurricane Lake WMA on Sep 17. He saw about 40-50 of them near the entrance. No Spoonbills ... but also lots of butterflies along the road. Here's info on this WMA including directions:  https://birdinghotspots.org/hotspot/L765585Patty McLean Conway AR
