Weather:
Clear, sunny, and no cloud cover until midday when clouds began to roll in.
Winds started out of the north and moved to the northeast, and by later in
the afternoon shifted to the southeast

Raptor Observations:
The first hour was quiet, and into the second and third hour was an
eruption of movement. BWHAs began kettling in the southern end of the
lookout and eventually developed a flight line. Several kettles were seen
directly across from the lookout, continuing into the southern gap. By
mid-afternoon.

Mourning dove, chimney swift, ruby-throated hummingbird (8), red-bellied
woodpecker, hairy woodpecker, eastern wood-pewee, blue-headed vireo,
Philadelphia vireo, red-eyed vireo, yellow-throated vireo, common raven,
blue jay, Carolina wren, tufted titmouse, white-breasted nuthatch, Carolina
chickadee, black-capped chickadee, American robin, Tennessee warbler,
northern parula, chestnut-sided warbler, magnolia warbler, Cape May
warbler, black-throated blue warbler, black-throated green warbler,
yellow-rumped warbler, blackpoll warbler, black and white warbler, American
redstart, common yellowthroat, ORANGE-CROWNED warbler* (1), Canada warbler,
eastern towhee, scarlet tanager, American goldfinch, northern cardinal,
gray catbird, house wren
