Weather: Morning clouds becoming mostly sunny. Light winds shifting from northeast to northwest. Pleasant day.
Raptor Observations: The highest total so far and the best variety. Broad-winged Hawk numbers remain low with only four. First decent day for sharpies with a dozen. A Merlin gave a nice low pass. A few kestrels at the end of the day. Two harriers.
