Raptor Observations: My thanks to Phil Rodriguez for getting up top and getting an abbreviated count done today in what we knew might be a "weather" day !! Thanks buddy !!! According to Phil the morning into noon had some raptors moving but by early afternoon the heavy clouds started rolling in with drizzle / light rain basically shutting things down. Phil's Bird of the Day selection goes to the female Harrier that came in close on the river side giving a great close look as it cruised down ridge.
