We are hawk watching at the East River Mt. Overlook on the VA/WV line. At 12:45, we saw a swallow-tailed kite in with a group of broadwings & turkey vultures. The bird circled for about 15 minutes and then crossed the mountain from VA into WV. Heads up if you are in the vicinity of Rocky Gap, VA or Bluefield, WV. Jim & Judy Phillips Pipestem, WV
