Subject: [ia-bird] Not a sighting - Seeking Experienced Volunteers for Hitchcock Hawkwatch Tower Coverage
Hi all, my name is Kellie and I'm the lead bander at Hitchcock Nature
Center.

We are looking for help with Hawkwatch coverage from volunteers who are
experienced in IDing bird of prey in flight and are willing to learn some
basic protocols for data collection. Currently, we do not have enough
experienced volunteers who can ID raptors independently. Experienced
volunteers are critical to ensuring that our counter can take time off to
rest, run errands, and get more experience out of their short time living
in the Loess Hills. We were hoping that if possible, they could take a
weekday off each week to run errands at places that are closed on the
weekends. Please reach out to me if you are interested and I will get you
in contact with the counter. <kahayden91...> or <xxkhaydenxx...>

Thank you!

Kellie Hayden
