Subject: [SanDiegoRegionBirding] Ovenbird
Still present at 10:50. If you stand and wait for it it will come up from the brush and head to the pond. Some folks headed down where it was spotted a little earlier by the picnic tables, where it moved back in the brush, but fortunately it continued towards the corner so we waited there. Eventually it could be seen in the leaf litter below and as we waited it popped right up to the metal fenced in area in frint of us where it scratched and fed out in the open. It is a lttle skittish to rapid movements so channel your Tai Chi and patience and you'll be rewarded.
