Hi Folks - Im visiting my parents/childhood home in Santa Monica and we’re seeing something shaped like a Lonchura, Tri-colored Munia . . . EXCEPT!!! it has a BRIGHT WHITE CAP. Any ideas? I have experience with these birds in the wild (India). Hope you all are well!
