Hi Everyone!
I made a few stops today. First was Parkway Lakes. There are some interesting shorebirds there right now on the north side. One *White-faced Ibis* continues but I also spotted at least *4 Spotted Sandpiper*, over 40 *Least Sandpiper*, and lots of *Killdeer* along with egrets and herons. And, 4 *Common Mergansers* were swimming near the northside of the dam. At Calero Reservoir, an *Osprey* was flying with a fish until a *Bald Eagle* started chasing the Osprey. The Osprey dropped this fish and flew north. The Bald Eagle went back to one of the trees across the lake. And, along the Calero Creek Trail, a young *Golden Eagle* was hunting.
