Subject: [MDBirding] Migrating vultures
This evening we saw the first big kettle of vultures heading south. We counted about 70 of them. Four got high and broke off from the group to head east (toward Assateague) and the rest streamed off to the south. It was a mix of black and turkey vultures, no hawks that we could see with the naked eye.It's  that time of year!Pat ValdataCrisfield, MDSent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
