Subject: [SFBirds] American Redstart on Corona Hill 9/13/25
The highlight of this morning's "Birding the Hill" was a hatch year
AMERICAN REDSTART that briefly popped up in the flowering eucalyptus tree
along the edge of the Randall Museum garden at the start of our walk.

This is the 9th American Redstart reported in SF this September by my count.

Yesterday morning, a small flock (~30) of TRICOLORED BLACKBIRDS flew by
Corona Hill, the first time I've noted this species from this location.

In the afternoon two male TRIKES were at tMcCoppin Square off Taraval,
behind the library where this species frequently visits the handout area in
the fall and winter.

Happy fall migration,
