Subject: [SanDiegoRegionBirding] Waterthrush in Poway
I have a Waterthrush that may be a Louisiana. Not sure yet. Sent Paul back of camera photos and he thinks it's possible, but need to get the full resolution photos off camera when I get home. It's in the concrete drainage channel between Midland Rd. and Aubrey Park in Poway. It covered a lot of the channel, then spent a lot of time under bridge here.

Just left the channel and looked like it went up into large tree.

The monthly meetings of San Diego Field Ornithologists (SDFO) are currently virtual, open only to members, at 6pm on the third Tuesday of every month.

Two notable on-line resources are available for San Diego birders: the San Diego County Bird Atlas by Phil Unitt (2004) - http://sdplantatlas.org/BirdAtlas/BirdPages.aspx ; and an update of notable records for San Diego County (2002–present), compiled by Paul Lehman - https://bvaudubon.org/birding-resources/ .
