Weather: Clear except for a few afternoon clouds. Light to moderate northeasterly winds. A bit cool in the shade with the breeze.
Raptor Observations: Fewer migrants than might have been expected given the conditions. Spotting was difficult with the blue skies, but activity seemed low regardless. A mix of species including a few Ospreys and Bald Eagles. Two each of sharpie and Coop. One red-tail and one kestrel.
Predictions: Tomorrow: Mainly sunny. High 77F. Winds ENE at 10-15mph. Similar to today so I would expect similar results.
Wednesday: Overcast. Slight chance of a rain shower. High 71F. Winds NNE at 5-10mph. Slightly worse conditions.
Thursday: Sunny. High 81F. Winds N at 5-10mph. Decent conditions again but spotting might be tough. ======================================================================== Report submitted by David Brown (<davidebrownpa...>) Ashland Nature Center information may be found at: www.delnature.org
