Visitors: Bob Cowan originally from Mifflin County stopped by to chat for a while.
Weather: Light, variable winds from NNW in AM, in the PM several stronger gusts were mixed in and winds were from the north. Had clear blue skies in the early AM with clouds developing slowly throughout the day.
Raptor Observations: Started off the day with a Red-shoulder hawk that was migrating. Within 15 minutes on the watch Broad-winged hawk kettles ranging from 6 to 17 started to appear and kept coming for 2 hours. Observed one immature Bald Eagle that was migrating and one Northern Harrier that was a local and was not counted.
