Thanks to Carol Riddell and Scott Ramos for providing information about the Birder's Dashboard. The information provided by both is spot-on.
There is no native iPhone or Android app, only the browser app. Birder's Dashboard requires an internet connection to get its information from eBird, so a native phone app would not provide any additional usability. It would be a lot of work for me to write native phone apps, and I just haven't done it.
As Carol said, you can make the Dashboard a favorite, or bookmark, in whatever browser you use. Or, as Scott said, you can add it to your home screen. Scott's instructions are exactly correct for the iPhone (Safari). To see instructions for Android (Chrome), see https://birddash.net/dashversions.html. This gives a description of the different versions of the Dashboard, and, at the bottom of the page, gives directions for adding it to the home screen for iPhone and Android.
