Mostly to partly cloudy afterwards. A light to moderate northwest breeze. Nice conditions for migration and a good sky for spotting. Raptor Observations: Light but steady migration. Three Ospreys and five Bald Eagles. One each of sharpie and Coop. A few Buteos including the first Broad-winged Hawk of the season. Four kestrels and three Merlins.
