Interstate 5 southbound will be fully closed between Hwy 52 and Mission Bay Drive starting Friday night and lasting the entire weekend. If you are scheduled on one of the pelagic boats this weekend, please allow yourself some extra time if you are coming from north county. Alternate south bound routes you could use are Hwy 805 or Hwy 163.
