8/272025 - One Great Egret seen on Sprain Brook, Woodbury, just upstream from bridge crossing near intersection of Rte. 47 and Hoop Pole Hill Road. Possibly same bird sighted over last few days on the Pomperaug River and on Orton Pond approximately two miles away.
