Subject: [SFBirds] Fort Mason Local Interest
There's been a steady movement of migrants through Fort Mason the last couple of days. Seen both days - WESTERN FLYCATCHER, CHIPPING SPARROW,  HOODED ORIOLE, BULLOCK'S ORIOLE, ORANGE-CROWNED WARBLER, YELLOW WARBLER, WILSON'S WARBLER, and WESTERN TANAGER. Seen yesterday only -  YELLOW-RUMPED WARBLER (first of season) and LAZULI BUNTING. The surprise bird yesterday was a SOOTY SHEARWATER flying west over the Bay with a group of BROWN PELICANS - a first for me for Fort Mason. Seen today only - WILLOW FLYCATCHER, SAVANNAH SPARROW, WESTERN KINGBIRD, and COMMON YELLOWTHROAT.
