According to Ed Bailey, the SWALLOW-TAILED KITE is being seen from the boat ramp on upper Lake Zoar in Southbury. That would appear to be at the following coordinates: [1]41.427786,-73.236166 If CT Birders can provide any updates on location and status it would be greatly appreciated by many here! Can you please post with more information such as the location specifically? I checked for other posts but don’t see anything, and all you said is that it can be seen from a boat ramp in Southbury. Can you please be more specific? Thank you for posting about it!
