Hi, everyone,
I've been out of the birding picture for a few years, so I've lost my contacts. I'm looking for guidance.
I have a very young juvenile Red-tailed Hawk stuck in the central atrium at my office building. This is a branching bird, incapable of flight. The building is 4 stories and I do not see this youngster successfully escaping this entrapment.
Does anyone have pointers on what action I could take to save this bird?
