For what its worth, I've glimpsed the Red-eyed Vireo a couple times in the past few days- recently just this morning- in the Botanical Garden, SE Asian cloud forest. This morning it was in the big flowering Photinia tree, then to the smaller flowering dogwoods down the hill, and now it's gone. It has a loud and distinctive song and it seems like it's quickly foraging through and doesn't stay in one place very long. It seemed to linger in the dogwoods though.
