PSA on Wild Turkeys in Connecticut
CT DEEP has asked for assistance from the Birding Community with their goal of tracking Wild Turkey observationss in the State of Connecticut in 2025. They have posted a tracking sheet (available at the link below) for sightings between the dates of June 1st through August 31st. Participation is voluntary but will assist DEEP in tracking Wild Turkeys that they cannot access in our backyards, neighborhoods and favorite birding locations.
