I had never heard of Shiloh Schuite until this afternoon when I learned he worked for Manomet Conservation Services. He was one of those people you never hear of who conduct wildlife studies doing what they can to benefit birds and wildlife. I mention this because he was in Alaska recently doing research when tragically the helicopter he was in crashed and he was killed. I just thought that he deserved recognition for giving his life in the cause for bird and wildlife conservation. May he rest in peace.
