As many of you know, I'm doing a state big year this year. I've had an *incredible *spring so far (currently at 306 species <https://brobin.me/big-year>), but one eastern warbler has become my true nemesis: *Blackburnian Warbler*.
Despite birding every morning for the past 3 weeks, and chasing 5+ reports, I just haven't run into this bird. It *is *possible to get it in the fall as well, but I'd really like to knock it out in the spring, and there's only a few days left to find one this spring, so I need your help!
If you find a Blackburnian Warbler anywhere within an hour's drive of Lincoln and would like to help me out, please let me know at 402-213-4014. If you are able to get me on the bird, I will make a donation to a conservation fund in your name!
