The legendary Armleder bean field that I kept hearing about might actually
Be starting to get good for shorebirds again. The water levels are slowly
Going down. Yea! Still the usuals here. I did pick up a White rumped Sandpiper.
I want a Ruff! Lake Erie has all the fun! Found by Jim Danzenbacker - a fellow
Birder from NJ. I guess he’s out here for biggest week!
I heard lost bridge has mud again. I was trying to decide where to hit this
Afternoon - Armleder won out as I thought maybe a Canada Warbler would
Pop up as I trudged around. Sure….! Some year! That’s a county bird for me.
It was quite birdy this afternoon. Basically just the breeders though. Cedar Waxwings
Again. A Swainsons thrush. So a few migrants around! Neat building and carrying
Food was seen a lot! My favorite was a Prothonotary with what looked like
A caterpillar.
Good birding all.
