Weather: Cloudy with temps in the mid 50s. Very windy with west winds at 25-30mph. Some occasional sprinkles in the morning then steady rain between 10-11:30.
Raptor Observations: There is not much to report today. Before the rain hit, a total of 5 Turkey Vultures and 1 Northern Harrier slowly made their way past the platform. After the rain, it was very windy and no birds were seen.
Non-raptor Observations: One Ruddy Duck and one Lesser Scaup continue to linger in the bay.
Predictions: Tomorrow will have partly cloudy skies. High 56F. Winds NW at 10 to 20 mph.
