Long primary “fingers” both with yellow wing tags. first seen alone in vicinity of Dry Canyon. Could not make out wing tags but the viewing wasn’t as good. Later saw two from cox flat heading North mobbed by Ravens. Wing tags obvious. So possibly 3 total birds."
