> I’m happy to report a midday spent watching a Red-headed Woodpecker at our pond side feeder in the far southwest corner of Plymouth on Saturday, May 10 (and I apologize for the delayed report). My sister visiting from Watertown, South Dakota saw it first and we were skeptical until four of us saw it land on the suet feeder! We grew up seeing the bird frequently around Ottertail Lake in the summer but this was our first sighting in our 39 years on our Plymouth lot. Feels good!
