Visitors:
Julie Leonard conducted the count after I left. Visitors were Jane Ross,
Dave, Linda McWilliams, Jenifer Ferrick, and Sue Murawski


Weather:
Mostly clear except for patches of cirrus clouds, warm winds light and
variable.

Raptor Observations:
No raptors the first forty-five minutes, but there was a push of birds for
about 15 minutes when the wind temporarily picked up from the south. Later
the winds came off the lake shutting down the flight.

Non-raptor Observations:
Canada Goose 1, Mourning Dove, Chimney Swift 4, Ring-billed Gull 4, Caspian
Tern 1, Double-crested Cormorant 25, Common Loon 2, Red-headed Woodpecker
2, Red-bellied Woodpecker 2, Northern Flicker 1, Blue Jay, American Crow,
Purple Martin 1, Tree Swallow, Barn Swallow, Eastern Kingbird 2, European
Starling, American Goldfinch 2, Baltimore Oriole 3, Red-winged Blackbird,
Brown-headed Cowbird, Common Grackle.

Predictions:
Much the same as today, but with a chance of afternoon showers.
