The May 11th bird walk at Ft. Harrison State Park, Indianapolis, produced 66 species. Migrant numbers were low but we did well with breeding species and had great looks at Cerulean Warbler, Indigo Bunting, and multiple Scarlet Tanagers and Baltimore Orioles. The complete list is below.
There will be two more Sunday morning bird walks in May at Ft. Harrison on May 18 and May 25. Meet at 8am in the NE corner of the Delaware Lake parking lot.
