Well the big Day was a good one. It took a while, almost 5 hours, but I did see 60 species. Notable misses could have put the tally higher. This is the first May count I did not have a Sandpiper-the spillway usually produces a Spotted and frequently a Solitary. Usually I see more raptors. And not spending time aroud the feeders cut my Woodpecker count. All the same a good day birding
