SCU campus had an incredible concentration of migrants this morning, though nothing rare (it seems like the MacGillivray’s moved on). Highlights were 5 SWAINSON’S THRUSH, 5 WESTERN TANAGERS, 7 HOODED ORIOLE, 1 YELLOW WARBLER, 2 WILSON’S WARBLER, 2 ORANGE-CROWNED WARBLERS, and 1 BLACK-HEADED GROSBEAK.
Do not disclose information that identifies the location of nesting birds of any species, to minimize stress on the nesting birds and the risk of vandalism or abuse.
