...was flying around Goose Hole Pond off Otterville Road in New London (Merrimack County). It flew over our heads and West over toward Otter Pond in Georges Mills, a different county. We drove over that way and then saw a Heron on the Eastern bank of Otter Pond (in Sullivan County), which we guessed was the same bird. 3" of snow today- and pretty chilly for the Herons. FOY.
