Weather: Crisp and clear April morning with temps ranging from 27'-41'F. Winds were from the WNW 9-17mph with gusts as high as 26mph. Visibility was excellent.
Raptor Observations: Despite the seemingly good conditions, we had relatively little Raptor migration movement. The local Raptors are noticeably edgy, with dogfights between a Raven and a Red Tail, and a Bald Eagle and an Osprey. A local Sharpie dove spectacularly on a unseen prey item.
