I first heard the unmistakable Canyon Wren calls just a little while ago, and then got a good look and photos at the rock bluff above the railroad bridge.
I have never seen/heard one here before, in spite of staring at that rock every time I come.
Please consider signing up for a birdathon team to fund the education programs of SCVBA.
Do not disclose information that identifies the location of nesting birds of any species, to minimize stress on the nesting birds and the risk of vandalism or abuse.
