Weather: Cool (4 deg C) and windy with overcast skies and excellent visibility.
Raptor Observations: Ten (10) migrants recorded: 2 BE, 4 NH, 1 CH, 1 AK and 2 ML. Ad Swainson's Hawk was seen on south end of island at 4:19 pm. Also, 1 OS and 1 NH imm were hanging in the area during the count period.
Non-raptor Observations:
