Weather: The Watch was delayed 2 hours from the start due to moderate snow. Windy and cold with temps ranging from 33'-36'F with overcast skies. Winds were westerly 9-18mph with gusts to 32. Visibility was fair that was hampered by distant squalls.
Raptor Observations: Osprey and Bald Eagles ruled the session with the windy conditions. Falcons were also present, including an adult Peregrine that provided good views while hunting. Local Raptors took their sweet time getting noticed.
