Weather: Weak to moderate WNW winds, Temps in mid-forties, 100% cloud cover and 15 K visibility.
Raptor Observations: Rain interrupted the count between 7:30 and 10:00 AM so no count was conducted during that period.
One adult female Northern Harrier migrant was recorded. Raptors seen but failed to migrate: 3 Osprey, 3 Northern Harriers (1 adult male NH) and 5 Turkey Vultures.
Non-raptor Observations:
Predictions: Forecast is for rain for the entire daylight period with moderate NNE, NE and ENE winds so a favorable movement of migrants is highly unlikely.
