Hi, Marcia
The property is part of the Middletown FD complex with the portion where
the pond is located containing the Activities building, which is used for
voting purposes as well.
Anir had contacted someone with the FD and was told that access was not at
issue although the pond itself is fenced and posted. Locals use the grounds
for dog walking.
We drive onto the property, which is gated but has never been observed to
be closed.
I'm guessing you may be working up a site description, so I'll ask Anir to
add anything he thinks I've missed...
