First-of-year pine warbler heard on Lake Shore Drive this morning.
Yesterday, there were two pairs of green-winged teal on the east side of
Long Meadow Pond, with about 5 American black ducks and 150 ring-necked
ducks. This is the first time I’ve seen green-winged teal on the pond in 9
years of living here.
