Weather:
Northwest winds favored us for the entire watch period rising from weak at
the start to 15 mph two hours later. Temps 55 to 62 deg Fahrenheit. Cloud
cover variable between 40 and 90%. Good visibility all day.


Raptor Observations:
We recorded 128 migrant raptors today: 1 TV, 2 NH, 3 imm BE, 115 AK, 6 ML
and 1 UR. This is the second significant Kestrel passage this week, our
count on Tuesday, April 1 being 135 AKs. Also, our highest ML count thus
far this season.

Raptors seen but failing to migrate: 11 TV and 1 Adult BE.


Non-raptor Observations:
Other birds: Hundreds of Tree Swallows passed through in a continuous flow
all day long. 32 Glossy Ibis, 6 Double-crested Cormorants.

Predictions:
Easterly winds all day long with rain commencing in late morning and temps
in low forties (degs Fahrenheit), so not a favorable forecast.
