Subject: [pen-bird] PACIFIC GOLDEN PLOVER
There is a breeding plumage PACIFIC GOLDEN PLOVER on the mudflats along the Belmont Slough at Preserve Park Redwood Shores.

Park in the parking lot, walk to the levee, walk towards the slough, it is immediately across from the bench. There are many shorebirds here including Black-bellied Plovers. This bird is stunning and obvious. You should have a scope as it is across the slough.

Found by Ron Thorn.
