Subject: [NHBirds] Re: Forster’s Tern on Powder Mill Pond, Hancock
I refound the tern to the south on another branch in the water. The location is across from 87 S Elmwood Rd. Please park well to the south of the house and white pipe on the pond side and view from the road itself (and not the area with the white pipe). A scope is definitely needed for the ID.

Also present on the pond are 5 Red-necked Grebes. Birders should check their local water bodies today!
