- Comments: "Heard first. Observed in tree on west bank of creek approximately here: 34.435205, -119.620017. Crest, broad/flat bill, lower mandible is lighter than upper, brown/gray body, long tail. Thanks to Larry Ballard for great guidance on location."

- Comments: "Warm cream/yellow breast; brown back and darker brown head as compared to back. Bobbing tail. Observed from playground flitting from sycamores to fence and back into denser riparian vegetation."
